Honey Wheat Protein Pancakes
makes 4 four inch pancakes6 oz Chobani 0% Honey Greek Yogurt
2 egg whites
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp baking sodaIn a mixing bowl, mix the whole-wheat flour and baking soda. Then add the yogurt and egg whites. Stir until a thick batter is formed. Lightly coat a pan with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour the batter into 4 inch circles. Flip the pancakes once they start to bubble. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
I love farmers markets! My mom took me to one and we get a whole box of produce for just over $11. The box included: Lots and lots of perfectly ripe bananas, 2 packages of green grapes, 1 package of apples, 1 package of artichokes, 1 lemon, a basil plant, a bag of carrots and some garlic.
